Ronald holds a B.A. in Architecture from UCD, certification to the Architectural Guild for Advanced Studies from USC and Certification of Excellence in AutoCAD from Chapman University. Rocco Ronald is an outstanding Construction Contract Administrator, Project Manager with a proven Track record of producing Superior results within strict budgets and scheduling constraints inspiration from early and Futuristic forms, shapes, and materials to breathe life into his Structures.

Stanley Reed

CONSULTING ENGINEER
PRINCIPAL CEO,

Stanley Reed is a Registered Professional Engineer within the State of California. He carries errors and omissions insurance through his company SR Design Engineers (www.srdesignengineers.com), where he is the principal and owner.

Stanley Reed has been the engineer of record, project engineer, and construction manager on a broad range of projects. His projects utilize a wide variety of structural systems and designs with a multitude of materials, including Autoclaved Aerated Concrete.

He is an expert in 3d Building Information Modeling including 3D structural analysis. His creative nature allows him to come up with unique set of cost effective solutions for every client. Stan has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo California.

GB Design + Build was established to fully integrate the building design team. Full design collaboration at the outset of the design to include architects, engineers, and contractors which we believe provides the client with a better, more cost effective end product.
